Stockpiler - You’re Writing A Book
Bass through a multi-effects pedal through an amp on one track.
I usually record one of two ways. Either through an amp then line-in to a 4-track cassette recorder, or into a Fisher-Price tape recorder that was Made in Mexico in 1980. Then I transfer the tape to my computer through a Walkman connected to the computer’s microphone jack. I always tweak the volume digitally, and sometimes EQ it a little or add fades to the beginning and end.
